• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment pathways.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals of clients, ensuring they are actively involved in their care journey.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage and support clients during their healing process.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and ensure comprehensive support for all clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A history of successfully conducting both individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster strong connections with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client care.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and techniques.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
