• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and culturally competent practices.
• Provide clients with tools and coping strategies to navigate their challenges and improve their quality of life.
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each patient.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in our EHR system, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele ranging from young adults to seniors, facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals struggling with mental illness, emotional distress, and substance use disorders, offering support and therapeutic interventions designed to empower them on their path to recovery. Understanding cultural differences and employing inclusive practices are essential to building trust and rapport with our clients.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and culturally responsive care.
• Proven ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusivity.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills and resilience in high-stress situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building meaningful relationships with clients.

• Experience with specific populations such as LGBTQ+ clients, trauma survivors, or those in recovery from substance use.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
• Background in using various therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
