This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while providing high-quality care through telehealth technology. Our work hours are designed to accommodate regular business schedules, with sessions typically held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will utilize advanced telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless communication and interaction with clients, enabling you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the hassle of traditional office setups.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches specific to each client's unique circumstances.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient privacy and data security.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, engaging in regular case consultations to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, providing resources and guidance to empower them in their treatment journey.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients typically include adults experiencing stress, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their personal struggles, supporting their journey toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to personalize therapy approaches to cater to individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of guiding clients toward positive results.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working as a mental health counselor or in a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
