• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting to the unique goals of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
• Document and maintain accurate and secure client records, including treatment progress and modifications to care plans, in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that address the needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.
• Stay abreast of current research, techniques, and trends in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and continuing education seminars.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hopedale Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. Your role is crucial in helping clients build resilience and achieve their personal mental health goals in a supportive and understanding environment.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities in various mental health settings.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work independently within a remote setting as well as collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience working in a clinical telehealth setting is preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered based on their educational experience and training.
