• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address individual goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide effective therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, using recognized evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation complies with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create an integrated approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

The clients you will serve at Metro West Behavioral Health Center range from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is a mandatory requirement.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary for this role.
• Possess strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills essential for developing effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure practice in a relevant mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to conduct sessions independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Previous experience delivering therapy in a telehealth setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• A background in crisis intervention strategies and experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
