Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, utilizing video, chat, or audio as appropriate for client comfort.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure therapeutic targets are met.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records, documenting each session’s progress in compliance with ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals, as required, to provide a holistic therapeutic approach, including referrals to specialized services when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A required Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is highly preferred.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for conducting remote therapy sessions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a remote team.
Preferred Experience
