Centura Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing significant distress or emergencies, and implementing safety planning as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, discussing treatment progress and strategizing on approaches to enhance clients' well-being.
  • Offer education to clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, promoting awareness and advocacy for mental health needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will consist of a wide range of individuals from different age groups and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will play a critical role in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice within the state of Arizona.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting, providing mental health counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
