We're seeking a dependable Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers
  • Gather detailed and accurate client information to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing
  • Support new and existing customer accounts in both Life and Property & Casualty insurance
  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound and inbound communication
  • Maximize client interactions by reviewing coverage options and bundle opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule Financial Reviews (FFRs) and Life appointments for licensed producers

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License a bonus
  • Active Life, Accident & Health License a bonus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
