• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their individual mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring appropriate care for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to all ethical and legal standards as mandated in the mental health profession.
• Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, advocating for clients’ needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong aptitude for building rapport with clients.
