We are currently seeking an Email Support Specialist to join Erie Neighborhood House, a non-profit organization based in Chicago. As an Email Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient support to our clients and stakeholders via email communication. This position is vital to ensuring a positive experience for our community members and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our services and outreach efforts, making this role essential to our organization's mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and events to clients and partners
