As a Mental Health Counselor at Horizon Heal Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and significant life transitions. Your empathetic approach will be key in facilitating effective treatment and outcomes for each individual you serve. • Possession of a full and active license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of related clinical experience in mental health counseling or a comparable field.
• Strong knowledge and connections with community mental health resources that can aid client recovery.
