Summary
The Master Data Coordinator will review, troubleshoot, and perform data entry for master data requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
  • Manage a pipeline of internal data update requests and communicate resolution back to users within agreed timelines
  • Participate in onboarding process and secure all required reference data for new customers and vendors with direct contact via email and phone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform research on companies using internet search tools such as S&P Cap IQ
  • Analyze and perform complex data updates within master data management platform (Reltio) and other leasing and asset management systems
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail while being aware of any downstream implications of data changes, consulting others when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with customer experience and service delivery teams to ensure all updates align and meet the needs of downstream systems
  • Operate in compliance of all Leasing and Fleet Management standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • This position will be focused on company, location, and contact domains with an opportunity to expand knowledge to other master reference domains as they are built out within the MDM platform (Reltio).
  • Follow electronic document management protocols managed within SharePoint
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business, IT, or data management
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, managing business records, or CRM data
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Able to clearly communicate via email, MS Teams, and phone with internal and external parties in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to quickly learn new software tools
  • Intermediate level MS Excel
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools a plus

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work on-site at our Lake Oswego, Oregon office; remote work from other locations may be considered based on business needs.
