• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to a range of clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans that track and facilitate therapeutic progress.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to address complex issues effectively.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to establish goals and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.
• Utilize our efficient, user-friendly platform for client scheduling and session note management, minimizing administrative hassles to maximize client care.

The therapist will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, presenting rich opportunities for you to apply your skills in creating impactful therapeutic relationships and improving individual well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, granted by the State Board, allowing them to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

We require a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, where practitioners have developed robust clinical skills and demonstrated their ability to navigate complex therapeutic dynamics.
