As part of your role, you will work closely with a diverse group of clients, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challengesโ€”from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues and substance abuse. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate these challenges and develop resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
  • A strong commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and quality care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in community mental health settings is preferred, providing insight into the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to efficiently manage patient data and conduct virtual appointments.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as paid time off and holidays.
