• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and emotional states, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring timely and effective help.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, complying with all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
