Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for therapy.
• Assess client needs during initial consultations to develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental health goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and track client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and resources to coordinate comprehensive care plans and optimize client support.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards applicable to mental health services and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as a Mental Health Counselor will directly impact diverse client demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mood disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in your state, qualifying for one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits
