This full-time position involves providing essential psychotherapy services to clients from the comfort of their homes. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals navigate their mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependence. You will help create personalized care plans that integrate therapeutic activities into the clients' everyday lives.

Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing the flexibility to manage your hours while adhering to a structured schedule. You'll primarily work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with standard business hours. Collaborating seamlessly with a team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, you will also engage in case reviews and supervision opportunities—all supported through our secure online framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial video intake assessments to evaluate new members’ symptoms, daily functioning, and lifestyle habits, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic programs that embed actionable strategies into the clients' daily routines, ensuring practicality and relevance.
• Utilize our digital platform to provide continuous support, delivering real-time encouragement and psychoeducation while adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Track and analyze member engagement data alongside formal clinical assessments to refine care strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Actively celebrate clients’ achievements and collaboratively address challenges to their engagement, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Document all member interactions with care, maintaining clinical records according to the highest professional standards and legal requirements.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
• Engage effectively with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee coordinated care and comprehensive treatment solutions for all clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and partake in professional development through continuing education courses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population displaying a range of behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring clients feel understood and supported throughout their treatment journey, promoting recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current state license in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, preferably in a mental health setting, is essential.
• Demonstrated competency in providing psychotherapy and employing clinical frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Reliable access to technology and comfort with digital platforms, as all interactions will occur remotely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clinical observations and treatment plans effectively.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment while also managing individual caseload effectively.
• Demonstrated reliability and a proactive mindset, ready to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with simulation-based education and clinical supervision is highly desirable.
• A background in higher education within the field of social work is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
