Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video intake assessments with new patients to analyze their current symptoms, level of functioning, and daily habits, creating a foundation for tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs that integrate evidence-based practices into patients’ daily lives, ensuring that they receive holistic and practical support.
• Provide continuous support through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducational resources, and necessary adjustments to care plans to keep them aligned with patient needs.
• Track and monitor patient progress using specific engagement data and regular clinical assessments, enabling you to refine care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Celebrate patients' successes and engage in collaborative problem-solving to tackle obstacles that may impede their therapeutic engagement and overall mental health progress.
• Document patient interactions meticulously and maintain clinical records according to the highest professional standards and ethical considerations.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and state laws to uphold the confidentiality and security of all clinical records.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, mental health counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to each patient's care.
• Engage in team meetings, participate in case reviews, and seek out continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in social work and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing them with therapeutic support and resources to help them develop coping strategies, overcome challenges, and work towards sustainable recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution, with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• At least two years of clinical social work experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in providing therapy and mental health support.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions, patient records, and documentation management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• A strong ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
