Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs.
• Create customized treatment plans that align with the individual client’s goals, preferences, and cultural background.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and regularly revisit the treatment strategies to ensure efficacy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on effective communication, self-reflection, and adaptive behaviors.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and billing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support clients in navigating emotional and financial commitments related to their treatment pathways.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as necessary to clients experiencing immediate distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population encompassing a range of ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, coupled with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
