• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations, safeguarding client information.

This role primarily focuses on clients navigating recovery from substance use and associated mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Virginia, allowing for independent clinical practice and client management.
