  • Employ EMR-integrated assessment tools for creating personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in regular peer collaboration sessions to share insights, receive feedback, and engage in ongoing professional training and development.
  • Document all interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously in the EMR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse spectrum of clients, addressing a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Your role will involve understanding and respecting different backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that resonates with individual client experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with strong skills in conducting independent therapy sessions.
  • Proficiency in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other structured therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly desirable:

  • Experience in a remote therapeutic setting or telehealth environment.
  • A background in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals coping with trauma.
  • Familiarity with EMR software and its application in mental health settings.
Compensation and Benefits

For this full-time position, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $100,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage to support your well-being.
  • Retirement plans to help you secure your future.
