• Conduct virtual counseling sessions through video chat, providing therapy and support to clients experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns.
• Facilitate open discussions to help clients explore and articulate their feelings, thoughts, and personal experiences impacting their mental health.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to assess client needs, identify issues, and develop tailored treatment plans through collaborative goal-setting.

You will primarily work with stable clients experiencing mild to moderate emotional and mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active, independent state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and technology for therapy and documentation.
