• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing video chat technology, focusing on their emotional and psychological needs.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and relationships, guiding them toward increased self-awareness and insight.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach, drawing on your clinical expertise and experience.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them identify their personal goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans, compliant with organizational policies and procedures.

This allows you to focus on providing effective care without the stress typically associated with severe mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure from the state board to practice independently without supervision, including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature towards clients.
• Proficiency in using technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions.

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as well as familiarity or specialization in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, or trauma-informed care. A proven track record of maintaining client confidentiality and managing case documentation is also beneficial.

• A competitive salary range of USD $90,000 – $104,000 annually, based on your working hours and client caseload.
