• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional states, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients through empathy, understanding, and professionalism will be crucial in fostering therapeutic alliances that promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure in Texas as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, supported by at least three years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
