Regular virtual team meetings and case consultations will be part of your routine, fostering communication and providing a support network as you work with clients.

• Conduct initial client assessments via remote meetings to establish their mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client challenges and lead to measurable improvements in mental health.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans when necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills necessary for overcoming their mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care professionals, to ensure coordinated care as needed.

Your primary role will involve working with a diverse clientele struggling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance abuse. We believe in an individualized approach that honors the uniqueness of each client’s background, culture, and experiences, ensuring that the care provided is culturally responsive and sensitive to their needs.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Minimum of four years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities and methodologies.
• Ability to engage in culturally competent therapy practices and a strong commitment to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software for documentation and case management.

• Experience in offering both individual and group psychotherapy, with evidence of successful client outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention and management, and comfort in working with clients in high-stress situations.
• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.
