The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a clinician, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions and coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support.

• Conduct initial assessments, clinical evaluations, and diagnostics to determine clients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Implement integrated care plans that address the unique needs of clients, while facilitating communication among clients, family members, and other care providers.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and updates in adherence with agency policies and legal requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance client care and team cohesiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide educational resources and workshops that empower clients and communities to engage in their mental health proactively.

Our clients often face significant emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, particularly those from underserved communities. This position requires a deep commitment to understanding the individual experiences of clients and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that respects their unique backgrounds and narratives.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Texas.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working in educational or community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with intervention strategies specific to children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of local resources and organizations that benefit mental health support and development.

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
