You will predominantly engage with your clients through virtual platforms, ensuring that accessibility and comfort are prioritized in the therapeutic process. • Provide direct clinical intervention to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in individual sessions and group therapy settings.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate intervention strategies for each client.
• Create and implement personalized care plans that align with client goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, their families, and other providers.
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating competency in de-escalating acute situations and managing acute mental health crises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and service utilization in compliance with organization standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insight and improve collective care strategies, exhibiting a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support.
• Engage in on-call responsibilities during assigned hours to provide crisis support as needed, ensuring continuous care delivery.
• Maintain adherence to the ethical guidelines and code of conduct established by the organization and professional standards.
• Foster meaningful connections with clients by establishing rapport and trust, ensuring a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Provide preventative services and mental health education to clients and their families, empowering them to understand and manage their mental health effectively.

In this role, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face significant challenges such as socioeconomic disadvantages, trauma, and educational barriers. You will adapt your therapeutic strategies to cater specifically to the unique needs of school-aged children and adolescents, employing developmentally appropriate interventions. Your work will not only address immediate mental health concerns but also focus on building resilience and coping strategies that support overall well-being.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or clinical setting, focusing on individual and group therapy.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices and cultural competency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of clinical documentation and adherence to policies and regulations regarding client care.

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents.
• Prior experience in a remote work setting or telehealth services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Knowledge of relevant community resources and referral processes for ongoing support.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
