Location: Remote (North Carolina)
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Total Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 per year
Compensation includes a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses. Bonuses are earned through insurance production and financial services sales. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantially more.

Qualifications
Required
  • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
  • Active North Carolina Life & Health License
  • Previous State Farm agency experience (required)
  • Strong insurance sales experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet sales and production goals
Preferred
  • North Carolina resident
  • Experience selling Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and Financial Services products
  • Proven success with cross-selling and account rounding
  • Experience using State Farm systems and processes
What You'll Do
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers
  • Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Life, Health, and other State Farm insurance products
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance protection and financial services
  • Cross-sell Life Insurance and Financial Services products to existing customers
  • Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and agency-generated opportunities
  • Educate customers about coverage options that fit their needs
  • Deliver remarkable customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer records using State Farm systems
  • Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall agency success
