Commercial Evaluator | Outside Sales
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Commercial Evaluator position for commercial accounts. Position Summary
To Establish mutually beneficial relationships for Commercial Pest Control. These industries include Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, Manufacturing and Retail industries. This position requires knowledge of successful sales activities including but not limited to, cold calling, relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions and proper closing techniques. Position also requires pipeline management and follows up. Expected to work independently and requiring limited supervision while also being part of a team. Must be able to obtain long and short-term sales goals.

Essential Functions:
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing cold calls to establish business.
Ability to interact and communicate well with co-workers as well as customers and key decision makers.
Call on businesses of all types to offer company provided pest solutions.
Inspect prospective customer facilities for all types of pests utilizing company approved equipment.
Ability to learn and communicate 3rd party audit standards with applicable accounts.
Must have or obtain the ability to identify all types of pests and rodents.
Ability to listen to needs and offer solutions to perspective customers.
Ability to learn and utilize company IPM Program to eliminate pests.
Must be able to explain procedures of service to customers and answer questions.
Should be able to obtain state specific licenses with the Dept. of Agriculture indicated by state regulations.
Attend training meetings on a regular basis either on service sites, Atlanta Ga home office, Networking events etc.
Use and maintain proper company approved safety equipment.
Maintain professional appearance.
Maintain acceptable driving record and ability to pass random background checks in accordance of company policy.
Perform duties required by management.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of successful sales techniques.
Pipeline management.
Time management
Computer skills.
Ability to Graph sites, fill out Service Agreements, and any applicable paperwork.
Math skills.
Good communication.
Ability to utilize ladders and access tight spaces. Crawling, kneeling etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Drug Free.
Able to Pass Background check.
Ability to obtain state required licensing.
Minimum of a Hight School Degree
Professional appearance.
Able to work min. of 40hrs per week.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR

• Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Possess current Driver's License
• Sales ability
• Basic math skills
