About the Organization
Universal Radiology Partners of Florida (URPFL) is a physician-owned radiology group committed to delivering high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and a collaborative clinical culture. Our teams support communities across South Florida with modern workflows, advanced imaging technology, and a focus on patient outcomes.

We are seeking an on-site Diagnostic Radiologist to support hospital-based imaging services for our Florida partners. This role offers a structured on-site clinical schedule with supplemental remote coverage, providing a balanced blend of in-person collaboration and remote diagnostic flexibility. The ideal candidate possesses strong general diagnostic expertise, is comfortable with hospital-based workflows, and can consistently deliver high-quality reads in onsite settings.
  • Interpret a full range of diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine
  • Deliver timely, accurate final reads to support high-quality clinical decision-making
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Utilize the hospital's EMR system for documentation and communication
  • Participate in peer review, QA initiatives, and departmental meetings
  • Provide consultative insights and recommendations to referring providers
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Proficiency in all general imaging modalities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced hospital environment
Compensation
  • Compensation is RVU-based and aligned with coverage commitment, employment classification, and annual workload expectations. 
  • Final compensation is determined by coverage level, RVU productivity, and approved scheduling model.
  • Full-Time (40 Weeks / 220 Shifts per Year)
    • W-2: $600,000 annually
    • 1099: $630,000 annually
