Contracting & Provider Network Manager – Healthcare / MSO

Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Human Compass Staffing is seeking an experienced healthcare contracting and provider network professional to lead payer and provider contracting initiatives across a growing healthcare organization. This leadership role is responsible for developing network strategies, negotiating complex agreements, maintaining payer relationships, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations and execution of provider, payer, hospital, ancillary, and vendor agreements.
  • Develop and implement provider network expansion strategies.
  • Manage relationships with health plans, IPAs, MSOs, medical groups, and healthcare partners.
  • Analyze reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, and contract performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements, including CMS, DHCS, DMHC, and health plan standards.
  • Collaborate with credentialing, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams.
  • Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reimbursement rates and network performance.
  • Support delegated network management and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare contracting, provider relations, network development, or managed care experience.
  • Experience negotiating payer and provider agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, commercial health plans, and healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Experience working with IPAs, MSOs, medical groups, health plans, or healthcare systems preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Delegated healthcare operations.
  • Risk-based and value-based contracting.
  • California managed care environment.
  • Provider credentialing and network management.
