Job description

GRS has an opening for a full-time Proposal Management Analyst as part of its Corporate Headquarters office, located in Southfield, MI, focusing on the company’s proposal (RFP/bid response) facilitation and oversight.
The Primary Responsibilities of a Proposal Management Analyst at GRS are as follows:
  • Manage proposal preparation software and related content and processes
  • Oversee the bid preparation lifecycle
  • Utilize internal software and databases to manage proposal content (e.g., CRM, SharePoint)
  • Interact with client procurement platforms and websites
We ask that candidates possess the following minimum knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing and client service
  • Possesses experience with automated proposal management systems, ideally has some familiarity using LLM’s and Agentic AI
  • Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Professional related to proposal preparation
  • Experience using content creation platforms or visual communication software (e.g., Canva or Photoshop)
  • Experience transforming subject matter expert language for proposal end-users
  • Exhibits a strong sense of organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
