Our organization is currently looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us in full-time positions for both day and night shifts. Additionally, we are seeking RNs or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time evening shifts. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment

  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
