Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
  • Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.

  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
