Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
- Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.
