Job Summary:
Jade Global is seeking an Experienced Project Manager responsible for driving customer project success from start to finish. The role involves managing project plans, conducting risk management analysis, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• owning and driving success of a customer project from start to finish
• participating in project reviews
• managing disposition of issues and project scope changes
• managing project plans created collaboratively with you and your project sponsor
• reviewing team project work tasks with objectives to stay on time and on budget
• providing status and progress reviews
• conducting risk management analysis as required
• proactively seeking advice and support from your Jade Project Sponsor and PMO office as needed to ensure full compliance to Jade and client method and project requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
• At least 7 years of direct experience in a full-time Project Management role with proven record of success
• Consulting experience helpful
• Experienced in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams and customers
• Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
• Able to balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
• Interested in further growth opportunities and training in Project Management capabilities and methods
• Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors
Preferred:
• Previous formal training in project management preferred, including Agile Alliance, PMI and PRINCE2 methodologies
• Previous experience with OCM tools and techniques helpful but not required
