Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of Program Management or Senior-level DoD / Defense Industry experience
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred. Experience may be considered in place of education requirement.
Brief Description:
The Operations Manager II serves as the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) and oversees the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of MACC-TTE. This role acts as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing customer requirements for testing, training, and experimentation events, and is fully prepared to assume all duties for the Program Manager if required.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or Senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior level DoD personnel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively.
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience integrating diverse sponsor/customer requirements into a comprehensive management plan, fully coordinated with contributing agencies.
  • Ability to establish clear responsibilities, set expectations, control assigned projects, budgets, and operational schedules.
