Overview

Job Purpose

ICE Fixed income and Data Services is seeking a detailed-oriented and motivated Specialist, Program Manager to support product readiness initiatives and legacy risk mitigation efforts within the Program Management organization.  In this hands-on role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to help bring new products and enhancements through the product rollout process - from Business Requirements through marketing, commercialization and business operations.  You will also support legacy risk mitigation workstreams, ensuring milestones are tracked and stakeholders are informed.

Working under the direction of the Director, Program Management, this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and focused on driving tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track project artifacts across product readiness and legacy risk mitigation efforts, including project plans, status reports, action items, and meeting notes.
  • Support the end-to-end product readiness process by organizing cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Business Development, Commercial, Operations) through each phase of the new product rollout.
  • Coordinate and track legacy risk mitigation workstreams, including status reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring project meetings that are focused, productive, and outcome-oriented, under the guidance of senior program management staff.
  • Prepare clear, well-written project status updates for the project team and management; escalate risks and issues as necessary.
  • Identify and flag risks and issues that may affect the timely or successful delivery of project milestones, and work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management activities such as stakeholder communication, processing documentation, and training coordination.
  • Develop working knowledge of the Fixed Income and Data Services business, its product portfolio, and the broader financial services landscape.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project coordination, operations, or business analyst role.  Experience in Financial Services is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira) and Microsoft Excel required.
  • Excellent business and technical writing skills with the ability to document assumptions, risks and issues clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain close working relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Flexible, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic business environment where priorities can shift.
  • Experience working with or supporting Business leaders, Technology teams, Marketing and Sales teams a plus
  • Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.

What We Offer

This role offers a clear path for professional development within the Program Management organization.  You will gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, develop expertise in financial data services, and build relationships across the organization.  High performers will have the opportunity to take on increasing project ownership and complexity over time.
