Pool Service Technician

Paradise Outdoor Living | Oklahoma City Metro

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Paradise Outdoor Living is one of Oklahoma’s fastest-growing pool construction and service companies. We believe customer service comes first, quality matters, and our employees are our greatest asset.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you already have pool experience or you’re mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform weekly swimming pool maintenance
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry
  • Vacuum pools and remove debris
  • Clean skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and filters
  • Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other equipment
  • Identify maintenance concerns before they become major repairs
  • Complete service reports using company software
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
  • Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Oklahoma weather
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Pool industry experience is a plus but not required
