Position: Project Manager - Pool Construction

Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee Pool & Outdoor Construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for landscape design and construction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project packets, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and subcontractors.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and completion of projects.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential project challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and company leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication.


Qualifications:

  • Project management experience in the pool construction industry is required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of swimming pool design principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages preferred.
  • Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.
