Job description

Commercial Territory Sales Representative

Greater New England

A leading commercial window and building products manufacturer is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business throughout the Greater Boston market.

This is a relationship driven sales role focused on multifamily and commercial construction projects. The company is looking for someone who already understands the regional construction ecosystem and can leverage existing relationships with architects, developers, glazing contractors, and general contractors to build long term project pipelines.

This position is open due to the previous representative not meeting expectations, creating an immediate opportunity to establish momentum in an active territory with significant sales potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business within the commercial and multifamily construction market
  • Build relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and glazing contractors
  • Drive project specifications and bid opportunities
  • Manage long sales cycle commercial projects from early specification through close
  • Grow market share across a broad portfolio of commercial window and building product solutions
  • Maintain visibility within the regional construction and architectural community

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience selling commercial windows, fenestration, glazing, or related building products
  • Strong existing relationships within the Greater Boston commercial construction market
  • Experience working on multifamily and commercial projects
  • Ability to develop long cycle project pipelines and maintain customer relationships
  • Background with manufacturers or competitors such as Harvey, Quaker, Ply Gem, Universal, ES Windows, Skyline, Schuco, Wojan, Peerless, or similar organizations preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Typical earnings potential can exceed $200,000+
  • Commission structure tied to product mix and margins
  • Car allowance and gas card
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • 401(k) with company match

Why This Opportunity

Unlike many competitors that limit sales representatives to a narrow product category, this organization allows reps to sell across a broad portfolio of commercial product solutions, creating significantly greater earning potential and flexibility in the market.
