Position: Creative Content & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented, driven, and highly creative marketing professional to help grow our brand through exceptional content, compelling storytelling, and modern marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, behind a keyboard, and behind a computer screen editing content. They understand how to create engaging social media content, produce professional marketing materials, capture high quality photos and videos, write persuasive copy, and help strengthen a company's brand presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Capture professional photos and videos of products, events, employees, customers, and company activities.
• Edit videos for social media, websites, advertisements, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, websites, product pages, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Organize, manage, and maintain marketing assets including photos, videos, graphics, and project files.
• Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Utilize AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and content performance.
• Support multiple brands and departments with creative and marketing initiatives.
• Manage projects effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for this role, as marketing activities and content production depend on timely execution.

Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, communications, graphic design, videography, photography, or a related field.
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Ability to write professionally while adapting tone and messaging for different audiences.
• Experience capturing and editing photo and video content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and implement improvements.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive, professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous growth.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Software Experience:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or related applications).
• Figma.
• Frame.io.
• Notion.
• ChatGPT and other AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Motion Array.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms is a plus.

Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with website content management.
• Experience in B2B marketing or industrial marketing.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design portfolio.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
