As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work onsite in a modern rehabilitation clinic equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology. The clinic boasts a collaborative atmosphere where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation specialists. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional impairments, pain levels, and physical abilities, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate specific short- and long-term rehabilitative goals, effectively integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like heat, cold, and ultrasound.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment based on their evolving needs, while maintaining accurate and detailed records in compliance with clinic documentation standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, offering knowledge and skills through home exercise programs, enabling them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care through regular case discussions and treatment updates, promoting holistic well-being.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients by providing emotional support, motivation, and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and those managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will help facilitate recovery for patients ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals, each requiring specialized intervention and support.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices, along with a foundational understanding of rehabilitation protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills are paramount for effectively engaging with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team.
• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to thrive independently as well as part of a cohesive team.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is mandatory, ensuring familiarity with patient care dynamics.
