This Full-Time Physical Therapist position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Chantilly, Virginia. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Ortholand Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to establish effective treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and manual therapy modalities.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Provide guidance and training to patients, caregivers, and families on post-treatment care, exercise regimens, and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and seminars, contributing to a culture of advancement in therapeutic practices.

The patients you will serve range across various demographics, from children to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. You will work with individuals dealing with a variety of diagnoses, including post-operative recovery, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journey, enabling them to perform daily activities and achieve their personal health goals.

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required. We value excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in computer and documentation software. Successful applicants will hold an active state license in Physical Therapy and demonstrate flexibility and agility to adapt to diverse patient needs.
