Position Overview

This is a full-time, long-term, in-office position (4050 hours per week). As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Super Service Today. Youll handle inbound calls, schedule service, resolve issues, and ensure our clients feel supported, respected, and understood.

We take customer service very seriously. We want people who thrive under pressure, stay cool when clients are stressed, and can turn even a tough call into a positive experience.

  • Strong multitaskers who can manage calls, scheduling, and client follow-up without missing a beat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable we rely on you to keep the customer experience seamless.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience in Plumbing/HVAC industry (youll speak the language faster).
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service on every call.
  • Schedule appointments quickly and accurately using ServiceTitan.
  • Calmly handle upset customers and turn stressful situations into positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication.
  • Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure jobs are handled efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their expectations were exceeded.
