Job description

Assembly Technician – 1st Shift
HireCall Staffing | Tulsa, OK
Pay: $21.44/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

HireCall is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician for a great 1st shift opportunity with a clean, modern production environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, building products, and taking pride in quality workmanship, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career!

What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play an important role in bringing finished products to life. Responsibilities include:
  • Perform mechanical assembly of sheet-metal-based products
  • Install rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components
  • Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Accurately measure components using tape measures and other measuring tools
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit
  • Work with production teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work.
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Previous mechanical assembly experience required
  • Hands-on experience with riveting and rivnut installation
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Ability to accurately read measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Commitment to safety and quality
