Paid Training Licensing Support Warm Leads Full-Time Onsite in Tampa
Elite Insurance Partners is hiring motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals for our upcoming Life Insurance Sales training class in Tampa, Florida.
Are you ready for a career where your effort, performance, and growth can directly influence your income? EIP provides paid training, licensing support, warm leads, ongoing coaching, and the technology needed to build a successful insurance sales career.
No previous insurance experience is required. We welcome candidates from sales, customer service, hospitality, collections, retail, call centers, and other performance-driven environments.
Already licensed? Even better. Candidates with an active Florida 2-15 license, or both an active 2-14 and 2-40 license, are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Position
This is a full-time, phone-based insurance sales position. You will speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance coverage.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No purchasing your own leads. No selling to friends or family.
You will receive warm, company-generated leads and follow a structured sales process designed to help you understand each client's needs, explain available coverage options, and guide them toward an appropriate insurance solution.
