We are seeking a Pharmacy Labeling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring accurate labeling of finished compounded preparations, maintaining detailed documentation, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on quality, patient care, and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Chandler, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5 am - 1:30 pm
Compensation: $20.00/hr

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Generate accurate finished preparation labels and inspect printed labels for information inaccuracies, printing defects, or blemishes
  • Label finished compounded preparations in accordance with established systems, procedures, and quality standards
  • Deliver labeled finished preparations to the pharmacist check shelf for review and release
  • Maintain adequate inventory of labeling supplies and support inventory control within the department
  • Prepare packaging containers and finished preparations for gamma irradiation
  • Affix sterility seals to veterinary bulk injectable preparations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
  • Maintain documented systems for labeling, inventory control, and label accountability of finished compounded preparations
  • Follow all established systems, procedures, and departmental guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain accuracy and productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed guidelines, procedures, and structured processes
  • Strong basic math skills, including averages, percentages, and ratios
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work with a strong appreciation for process and structure
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and precisely
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive, professional approach
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
