Our client, a leading sports bar, in Columbus OH, has an immediate need for a natural leader to join their management team, someone who's just as comfortable behind the bar as they are inspiring the team, solving problems, and greeting a regular by name. With our client, culture comes first.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture
• Lead with positivity and professionalism.
• Set the tone for a collaborative, respectful, and high-energy environment.
• Be present-build real relationships with the team and our guests.

Team Development
• Support and coach team members to grow, succeed, and feel valued.
