Job Description RN Manager NICU (Full-Time Days) Location: Palm Springs, CA Base Salary - $142,646 to $176,800 $20,000 Signing Bonus Relocation Assistance Available Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to neonates. This full-time, day-shift position requires a dynamic individual to oversee the daily operations of the NICU and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the NICU nursing staff and activities. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to optimize patient care. - Provide direct patient care as needed and act as a clinical resource for the team. - Oversee staff development and provide ongoing education and training.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of RN experience. - At least 3 years of full-time NICU clinical experience. - Current California RN license.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled with a definitive completion date. - Current NRP certification. - Certified in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from the NCC or other nationally accredited organization (in progress considered with definitive completion date).
