Job description

Patco Electrical Services is seeking a Receptionist.

Core Responsibilities
Front Office Support Answer phones, greet walkins, manage general inquiries, and support daily office flow.
Vendor Correspondence Communicate with vendors via phone, email, or in person to support purchasing, invoicing, and operational needs.
Purchasing & Documentation Write POs and maintain updated contact and invoicing email lists.
Financial & Receipt Management Enter fuel receipts, Visa transactions, and track missing receipts.
Invoicing & Billing Mail and email monthly invoices and maintain organized digital and physical folders.
Data Entry & Reporting Enter bills, invoices, and financial documentation with a high level of accuracy; maintain organized spreadsheets to support billing, auditing, and operational reporting needs.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Accuracy in data entry and financial tracking
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Ability to work independently and handle tasks effectively
